Career: I started my career in recruiting, quickly jumped into sales and have been working in sales for the last thirteen years. During my tenure I learned all sides of the sales process from prospecting, developing the relationship, finalizing the deal and paperwork and mitigating any issues along the way. From an early age, my parents had always taught me to help people and I have continued to believe that to this day. As I grow in my career, I want to make sure that I am helping anyone that I can along the way.

Career: Gidon has more than 30 years of experience in the CPM field and specializes in integrating accounting, finance, and technology functions. As an experienced OneStream XF, Oracle Cloud EPM, Oracle Hyperion, and IBM TM1 expert, he has delivered high-quality solutions and full life cycle implementations to global and national organizations in a variety of industries. Gidon combines his strong technical skills with his expertise with leading CPM implementations to deliver innovative, dependable, and nimble solutions to SKYROQ’s clients.
Before joining SKYROQ, Gidon served as an Executive Architect at MorganFranklin where he led technical solution delivery in the corporate performance management (CPM) practice. Gidon also worked at TopDown Consulting as a Hyperion Essbase developer. Gidon has multiple certifications from IBM, Oracle, and OneStream, and served on the TM1 and OneStream Partner Advisory Board.
Prior to switching to consulting, he worked for 15 years on the industry side at large companies like Nextel, Viacom, and E*TRADE developing robust enterprise close consolidation and forecasting solutions.
Gidon earned his B.S. in finance and accounting from the University of Maryland and his M.S. in information systems from John Hopkins University.

Fun Facts about me: My dad taught me to be handy, so I take care of most of the problems that come with house ownership and get recruited by family friends and neighbors to help with theirs. I like wood working but I’ve built all the shelves and work benches that I need. My granddaughters (4 and 7) like to follow me around when I work on things at their house, and they are getting to be pretty good with hammering nails and using a screwdriver. Sawing is next.

Career: I spent nearly 33 years at Alcoa/Arconic (part of Alcoa 2016 split) in corporate and business unit IT roles – from programmer to senior leadership. Our teams supported software solutions serving the Aerospace, Automotive, Commercial Transportation, Defense and Industrial Gas Turbine industries among others. I spent time in Pittsburgh, Cleveland and the Netherlands, where we deployed a common software solution as part of a European Financial Shared Services start-up. From 2019-2021 at Real Alloy, I led Phase I of a move of the standard ERP system to a cloud version. I was then happily retired but kept my eyes open to the right opportunity when Scott and Raj came along. I liked their approach to helping others meet their goals. So here I am!
